-2 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Enrooth and seconded by Chairman Sundland to <br />adopt the resolution which authorizes the H.R.A. Executive Director <br />to proceed with the acqusition for Phase 1. <br />H.R.A. RESOLUTION 83-004 <br />AUTHORIZATION TO BEGIN ACQUISITION PHASE I <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Manager asked whether the H.R.A. wanted to proceed with the next <br />phase of their contract with Mr. Krier; Commissioner Ranallo said he <br />perceives the Planning Consultant had done an excellent job in putting <br />the project together. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Chairman Sundland to <br />proceed with Phase 3 of the H.R.A. contract with Westwood Planning <br />& Engineering, Inc. to retain Richard Krier, President, as Planning <br />Consultant for the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Commissioner Enrooth <br />to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />0 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />M or <br />
