ANTH014Y <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />June 28, 1983 <br />Chairman Sundland called the meeting to order at 9:10 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks; and Commissioners Ranallo and <br />Enrooth. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; Steve Arkell of Arkand <br />Partnership; and Judy Makowske, Planning Commission <br />Representative. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau <br />to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held June 14, <br />1983. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman Let- <br />ourneau to approve payment of $437 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services <br />in connection with the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />• Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Executive Director indicated the condemnation resolution was <br />necessary so the required lengthy mechanisms would be taken care of <br />should the negotiations with the property owners for the land included <br />in Phase 1 of the project become bogged down and the land not acquired <br />before fall. <br />Motion by Commissioner Enrooth and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau <br />to adopt Resolution 83-007, effective June 30, 1983. <br />H.R.A.
