ANTHONY
• HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
September 27, 1983
Chairman Sundland called the meeting to order at 9:51 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau, Secretary/
Treasurer Marks, and Commissioners Enrooth and
Ranallo.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, Attorney;
Richard Krier of Derrick Land Company, Planning Consultant;
and Judy Makowske, Planning Commission Representative.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman
Letourneau to approve as submitted the minutes of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority mmeeting held September 13, 1983.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer
Marks to approve payment of $2,555.33 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal
services to the H.R.A. during July, 1983.
Motion carried unanimously.
• The concerns about parking level enclosures for the Phase 1 condominium
structure which had been raised during the.
