CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />• <br />November 3, 1983 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 5:05 P.M. <br />Present: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau and Commissioners <br />Enrooth and Ranallo. Secretary/Treasurer Marks arrived <br />at 5:15 P.M. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, City <br />Attorney; and Dick Krier, H.R.A. Consultant. <br />Attorney Soth explained the negotiations underway with Arkell <br />Development concerning the transaction for the land for Phase I of <br />the Kenzie Terrace Project. <br />He then presented a proposed 2nd Amendment to the Redevelopment Con- <br />tract whereby the redeveloper would be allowed certain -modifications <br />to the deed, i.e., the mortgage on the land would be heldbybyRothchild <br />Financial and the City would gain certain rights with respect to <br />foreclosure on that mortgage if the redeveloper defaults on the <br />redeveloper's agreement. <br />A motion was made by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by <br />Commissioner Enrooth to approve H.P,,.A. Resolution 83-012 which relates <br />• <br />to authorization of the second amendment to the redevelopers agree- <br />ment. <br />H.R.A.
