ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />December 13, 1983 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 10:31 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau, Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks; and Commissioners Enrooth <br />and Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, <br />Attorney; and Judy Makowske, Planning Commission <br />representative. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Chairman Sundland <br />to approve as presented the minutes of the November 22, 1983 H.R.A. <br />• <br />meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br />Ranallo to authorize the deferment of land acquisition for Phases II <br />and III of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project as requested in <br />the November 29, 1983 letter from Arkell Development Corporation. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Commissioner <br />Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 10:33 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />0 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
