13.Ll <br />• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />August 24, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:01 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letcurneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks, and Commissioners Enrooth and <br />Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth, Attorney; <br />and Richard Krier, Westwood Planning & Engineering Co. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Commissioner Enrooth <br />to approve as submitted the minutes for the H.R.A. meeting held <br />August 10, 1982. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr..Krier named a number of 33 agencies who would probably review the <br />proposed Environmental Assessment Worksheets for the Kenzie Terrace <br />Redevelopment Project Area and the manner in which they could be <br />• expected to react to the document. He reiterated that a voluntary <br />submission at this time could be expected to reduce time delays in the <br />future. Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Com- <br />missioner Ranallo to authorize the submission of the Environmental <br />Assessment worksheets to the State Environmental Quality Board with <br />changes in the wording requested during the July 27th H.R.A. meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />As he had indicated at the last meeting, Mr. Krier requested two <br />civic leaders be appointed, who, along with the Mayor, would comprise <br />the Kenzie Terrace Improvement Organization who would work with him to <br />approach developers and sell the project to them. Several names were <br />submitted by H.R.A. members and the Executive Director was authorized <br />to seek two members to serve on that marketing committee. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks.and seconded by Commissioner <br />Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 9:16 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
