The 73 page analysis had earlier been provided to all
members for their study and Ms. Lukerman commenced to review the
analysis and its conclusions. As con-
tained in the report, Ms. Lukerman.reviewed the scope of the report
and the data gathered and used in the analysis. This included a
description of the existing economic conditions, an identification
and evaluation of competitive retail centers, and a designation of
market areas which includes a primary market for convenience goods
and a secondary market for comparison shoppers goods.
Ms. Lukerman continued by reviewing the calculated retail sales
potential for the market areas by specific lines of goods and the
calculated current capture levels of that sales potential.
