-2- <br />i <br />Mr. Krier summed up the consensus as the goals as.submitted <br />except to take out the major retail anchor, to rehabilitate the <br />north end, to carefully define housing quality, look, and interface <br />with retail and to strengthen pedestrian access and internal <br />circulation. <br />It was decided that Task Force representatives and Mr. Krier will <br />present the revised goals and objectives to the Planning Commission <br />on April 21st and Council on April 28th. <br />The next meeting is to be changed to April 29th with probably two <br />meetings in May. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks, seconded by Mr. Kelly to adjourn. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />J.
