CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />MINUTES FOR <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />January 26, 1982 <br />The meeting was opened by Mayor Sundland at 10:10 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Letourneau, and <br />Enrooth. <br />Also present: Dave Childs, City Manager, and Ron Berg, Administrative <br />Assistant. <br />Dick Krier gave an hour presentation of the Westwood Planning and <br />Engineering Company proposal for a redevelopment management program <br />for upgrading the Kenzie Terrace area. He gave a frank assessment <br />of the redevelopment potential for the area and answered questions <br />of how his firm could best implement the.redevelopment process for <br />the City, discussing costs of the service and the process which <br />Westwood can be expected to follow in aiding in the selection of <br />developers for the program best suited to the City's goals. <br />The Mayor told Mr. Krier his presentation had been very helpful. <br />No action was taken. <br />Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br />adjourn the meeting at 11:10 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe <br />Secretary <br />ATTEST: �!1O s <br />City Clerk <br />
