40 <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />April 13, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8:50 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland; Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks, and Members Ranallo and Enrooth. <br />Also present: Dave Childs, Executive Director. <br />Motion by Mr. Letourneau and seconded by Mr. Marks to approve as <br />submitted the minutes for the January 26,.1982 HRA meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The second in a number of redevelopment management proposals for the <br />Kenzie Terrace area was presented by.James S. Holmes, James Lemly and <br />Gary winter, representing the Holmes and Graves law firm, 470 Pills- <br />bury Center. The Council was brought up to date on the new legisla- <br />tion which may make tax increment financing of the project more <br />feasible and was especially interested in hearing how developers <br />were found for other municipal projects such as the development of <br />the area around 40th and Central in Columbia Heights. <br />No action was taken. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr <br />at 10:01 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Enrooth to adjourn the meeting <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Crowe <br />Secretary <br />144//, ,��� <br />Chairman <br />
