CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />June 8, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:11 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland; Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks; Members Enrooth and Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director and Ronald Berg, <br />City Administrative Assistant. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Ranallo to approve as submitted <br />the minutes for the City of St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority meeting held flay 11, 1982. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Executive Director had tabulated the results of the questionnaire <br />submitted by the three firms proposing redevelopment management <br />services for the Kenzie Terrace Project and given his recommendations <br />regarding the selection of one to serve the City. He had also <br />informed the HRA members that, because of a change in State law, the <br />Tax Increment District must be established before June 30, 1982. <br />• An indepth discussion of the three candidates, Westwood Planning & <br />Engineering Company; Holmes & Graven; and Northwest Associated <br />Consultants, Inc, their philosophies, and cost of services, followed. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Enrooth to authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to enter into a contract with West- <br />wood Planning & Engineering Company to serve as the redevelopment <br />management consultants for the Kenzie Terrace Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Ranallo to authorize the <br />Executive Director to initiate the format for a Tax Increment District <br />for the City of St. Anthony. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Letourneau to adjourn the <br />HRA at 9:55 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />• Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />ATTEST: �L"Le <br />I, � Chairman <br />City Clerk <br />
