CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES June 8, 1982 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:11 P.M. Present for roll call: Sundland; Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ Treasurer Marks; Members Enrooth and Ranallo. Also present: David Childs, Executive Director and Ronald Berg, City Administrative Assistant. Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Ranallo to approve as submitted the minutes for the City of St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting held flay 11, 1982. Motion carried unanimously. The Executive Director had tabulated the results of the questionnaire submitted by the three firms proposing redevelopment management services for the Kenzie Terrace Project and given his recommendations regarding the selection of one to serve the City. He had also informed the HRA members that, because of a change in State law, the Tax Increment District must be established before June 30, 1982. • An indepth discussion of the three candidates, Westwood Planning & Engineering Company; Holmes & Graven; and Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc, their philosophies, and cost of services, followed. Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Enrooth to authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to enter into a contract with West- wood Planning & Engineering Company to serve as the redevelopment management consultants for the Kenzie Terrace Project. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Ranallo to authorize the Executive Director to initiate the format for a Tax Increment District for the City of St. Anthony. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Marks and seconded by Mr. Letourneau to adjourn the HRA at 9:55 P.M. Motion carried unanimously.
