ANTHONY <br />HOUSING <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />July 13, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:35 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland; Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks; and Members Enrooth and <br />Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Richard Krier, <br />Westwood Planning & Engineering Co. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Plarks and seconded by Member Ranallo <br />to approve as submitted the minutes for the HRA meeting held <br />June 28, 1982. <br />Motion carried unanimously.. <br />Mr. Krier had submitted two separate recommendations related to the <br />developer solicitation process and the redevelopment implementation <br />materials which were included in the agenda packet and he requested <br />Council adoption after review and modifications, if necessary. The <br />Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment planning consultant explained that, <br />although there is only one residence, which is owned by Mr. Saliterman, <br />which will be involved in the redevelopment plan, he had developed <br />a residential relocation manual to set the policy for that type of <br />property. <br />Motion by Member Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks <br />to authorize the planning consultant to start the solicitation process <br />as suggested for the redevelopment implementation for the Kenzie <br />Terrace project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Krier then gave the reasons he saw for having two separate <br />appraisals of the properties involved in the project with the first <br />appraisal made by Mr. Janski and his report reviewed by Mr. Hennessey, <br />an expert in the field. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Plarks and seconded by Member Ranallo <br />to authorize the planning consultant to retain the appraiser he <br />recommends and to have a review appraisal also made for the Kenzie <br />Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
