ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br />July 27, 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 11:11 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/ <br />Treasurer Marks and Members Enrooth and Ranallo. <br />Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Richard Krier, <br />Westwood Planning and Engineering Co. <br />Motion by Member Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau to <br />approve as submitted the minutes for the HRA meeting held July 13, 1982. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Member Ranallo to <br />adopt the Acquisition Policy and Residential and Commercial Relocation <br />manuals as provided by Mr. Krier, planning consultant for the Kenzie <br />Terrace Redevelopment Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Krier reiterated that the public <br />before the City 'Council August 24th, <br />the Suburban Chamber of Commerce at <br />August 19th. <br />hearing on the project would be held <br />following its presentation before <br />location to be designated later, <br />Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Plember Enrooth to <br />adopt Resolution 82-002. <br />HRA RESOLUTION 82-002 <br />FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS BY, AND <br />RESOLUTIONS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AUTHORITY OF THE'CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, <br />MINNESOTA, RELATIVE TO AND APPROVING OF <br />A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AN URBAN RENEWAL <br />PROJECT FOR THE KENZIE TERRACE AREA IN <br />ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "KENZIE <br />TERRACE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT", DATED <br />MAY 1982. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Planning Consultant suggested the HRA members should start thinking <br />about developing an operating plan and insurance strategy and setting <br />up a marketing committee to sell the project to a developer. He <br />•• said he would recommend the committee should be headed by.a "highpowered" <br />civic leader, preferably from the Kenzie Terrace area, who would be willing <br />to undertake a selling job for the project. lie detailed his own firm's <br />anticipated involvement in the process,. <br />
