City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />August 1, 2016 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember; and Bonnie Brever, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager and Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:30 p.m. <br />2017 Preliminary Levy: <br />Staff presented a memo, spreadsheets on the overall levy, general fund components, general fund in detail, capital <br />improvement plan 2017-2023 and the “peak to plateau” graph. By consensus of the Mayor and Council, staff was <br />directed to use this information for the upcoming levy presentations. <br />Dog Licensing Ordinance: <br />Staff reviewed the proposed ordinance changes. <br />Night to Unite: <br />Staff reviewed the list of block parties and Mayor & Council divided up the parties for visits. <br />Lowry Grove: <br />Staff received a request to move the Public Hearing from August 18, 2016 to September 8, 2016. By consensus of <br />the Mayor and Council, staff was directed to move the Public Hearing to September 8, 2016. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
