Consider May 12 2009 Council meeting minutes <br />B. Consider licenses and permits <br />C. Consider payment of claims <br />D. Resolution 09 -044, To Approve the Mutual Aid Agreement to the East Metro Special <br />Weapons an d Tactics Team with the Cities of New Brighton Department of Public <br />Safety, North St. Paul Police Department Roseville Police Department and the <br />University of Minnesota Police Department and authorizes the Police Chief to execute <br />said Agreement on behalf of the City of St Anthony Village <br />E. Resolution 09 -045 To Approve the Child Sexual Predator Program Agreement #3000- <br />1391 between the State of Minnesota acting through its Commissioner of Public Safet <br />
