General Engineer Update. <br />23 <br />24 City Engineer Hubmer updated the Council on the following items: <br />25 <br />26 ■ 2007 Street Reconstruction Project and Foss Road Lift Station Improvements <br />27 <br />28 He stated all utility and street reconstruction improvements have been completed. In addition, <br />29 he stated the punch list items have been completed with the exception of a few locations where <br />30 sod and landscaping will be restored this coming fall once temperatures are more favorable for <br />31 plant growth. <br />32 <br />33 ■ Water Meter Replacement Program and I &I Inspections <br />34 <br />35 He informed the Council final notice has been given to the contractor and commercial users <br />36 requiring meters to be installed within 60 days. He also stated that he met with Sensus on August <br />37 5, 2008. <br />38 <br />39 ■ Silver Lake Road Reconstruction <br />40 <br />41 He stated that crews have completed installation of utilities south of 33`a Avenue NE. In <br />42 addition, he stated construction of retaining walls and roadway is underway and will continue <br />43 behind the utility installation. <br />44 <br />45 ■ Stormwater Runoff and Filter Backwash Water Reuse Facility <br />46 <br />
