The downturn in relation to forced home sales is not as strong in <br />St. Anthony as it is in the rest of the metro area. <br />• November 5 2008 City Council work session. <br />• Thank you to the election judges. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Councilmember Thuesen announced the Fall Concert Series Event scheduled for Sunday, <br />November 16, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the St. Anthony Community Services Building. <br />Mayor Faust announced the Silver Lake Road ribbon cutting scheduled for Friday, November <br />14, 2008 at 2:30 p.m., followed by coffee and conversation at City Hall. Invitations have been <br />sent to the residents that live on the road and have endured reconstruction project. <br />Councilmember Stille requested staff to post information on the City website and cable on when <br />bus service will return on Silver Lake Road. <br />X.
