Consider February 14, 2006 Council meeting minutes <br />B. Consider licenses and permits. <br />C. Consider payment of claims. <br />Councilmember Thuesen requested the removal of Consent Agenda Item A due to non- <br />attendance at the meeting. <br />Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Consent <br />Agenda items B and C. <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to approve Consent <br />Agenda item A. <br />Ayes — 3, Nays — 0, Abstains — 1(Thuesen). Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gray opened the public hearing at 7:20 p.m. <br />A. H.R.A. Resolution 06 -027, re: modification for redevelopment project area no. 3, the <br />modification of the Chandler Place Tax Increment Financing District and the <br />modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -5. <br />
