ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 11, 2006 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. Resolution 06 -035: Accepting the Foss Road Lift Station Feasibility Report and Ordering <br />Plans, Specifications and Advertisement for Bids <br />Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates, presented the feasibility report, which addressed the <br />reconstruction of the Foss Road lift station, sanitary sewer along 39th Avenue NE and Chandler <br />Drive, and forcemain along Foss Road, 37t' Avenue NE, and Highcrest Road.
