APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 24, 2006 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />15 <br />16 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the October 24, <br />17 2006 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />20 IL CONSENT AGENDA. <br />21 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of September 26 2006• and <br />22 B. Claims. <br />23 <br />"1 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />26 Motion carried unanimously. <br />27 <br />28 IH. Executive Director Momson reported the next 60 days would start and beginning <br />36 November 1, 2006, updates from Ehlers as well as the developers on some of the things <br />37 being done in Silver Lake Village. <br />38 <br />39 B. Executive Director Momson reported the Fanny Mae loan comes due August 2007 and <br />40 must be paid. off. He stated even though it seems to be quiet, a great amount of staff work <br />41 happens in the background. <br />42 <br />43 VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS. <br />44 None. <br />45 <br />VH.
