She stated her <br />concern was Foss Road and said it was an accident waiting to happen. There are pedestrians on <br />both sides and strollers and vehicles. She asked the Council to consider putting a speed counter <br />on the road to slow down the speed. She said many of the drivers come around the curves fast. <br />Mayor Faust said the City Manager will be talking to the appropriate departments. He noted <br />residents can work with Public Works to obtain signs. <br />Ms. Bauer said she was told to appear before the Council with her concern. <br />John Mondati, 3420 High Crest Road, stated he worked on Trillium Park for four years. He <br />donated an elm tree worth $300. He said it is a nice park, but it could use some improvements. <br />He suggested an arbor be added and a love seat underneath. He offered to pay for the roses to go <br />around the top of the arbor to beautify it. <br />Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust noted that the Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the second annual greenhouse <br />project.
