ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 24, 2012 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:41 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and City Attorney Jay Lindgren. <br />CLOSED SESSION. <br />Mayor Faust stated the City Council will be meeting in closed session and asked City Attorney <br />Lindgren to read a statement. <br />City Attorney Lindgren requested a closed session pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3, and <br />the entire statement will be included in the official record. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to close the meeting at <br />7:43 p.m. for purposes of discussing litigation strategy and settlement options regarding the <br />March 21, 2012, ACLU letter. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The City Council met in closed session and the meeting adjourned at 8:44 p.m. <br />1W E ..Ait,2- <br />ayor <br />
