ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 13, 2011 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: <br />16 Absent: <br />17 Also Present: <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />21 ITEMS. <br />22 <br />23 I. <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Cotmcilmember Gray. <br />City Manager Mark Casey, Fire Chief John Malenick, Finance Director Roger Larson, <br />Director of Public Works Jay Hartman, and City Engineer Todd Ilubmer. <br />33 II. <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 <br />37 <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 <br />48 <br />APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 13, 2011, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Mayor Faust requested the addition of an update by the St. Anthony Community Theater as <br />agenda item II.B. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of December 13, 2011, as amended. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITION "S. <br />A. 2011 Fire Prevention Poster Contest Winners. <br />Fire Chief Malenick presented the 2011 fire prevention poster contest winners, as follows: 4th <br />place — Hanna Wilke (5th grade), 3`d place — Sophia White (5th grade), 2 "d place — Kate Sandage <br />(5th grade), and 1St place — Elli Carlson (4th grade). He added that the posters will be taken to the <br />State Fire Marshal for submission in a statewide contest. <br />Mayor Faust congratulated the contest winners and complimented them on their hard work. <br />B. St. Anthony Community Theater Update. <br />Mr. Bob Foster and the St. Anthony Community Theater cast presented a song from their <br />production of A Christmas Carol. <br />
