CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -078 <br />A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE <br />HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village City Council has formally approved the construction <br />documents and authorized the solicitation of public bids for the above noted project; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for <br />the above - referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bid was received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />Concrete Idea, Inc. $1,442,427.00 <br />TI -ZACK Concrete, Inc. $1,487,362.18 <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $1,746,788.95 <br />R.L.
