CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -080 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />ST. ANTHONY -NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 COMMUNITY <br />SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 entered in to a lease <br />agreement with the City of St. Anthony in September 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, the lease agreement is for the Community Services division of the school <br />district and gymnasium space; and <br />WHEREAS, the lease agreement was last amended to allow an increase in the rent <br />amount with the effective dates of January 1, 2008 and will expire on <br />December 31, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, this new annual lease amount would be effective beginning January 1, <br />2017, effective for the 2017 -2018 school year. <br />WHEREAS, the lease agreement would subsequently renew January 1, 2026. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony approves <br />amending the lease with St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 Community <br />Services. <br />Adopted this 8`h day of November, 2016. <br />Jerome O.
