To: Mayor and Councilmembers <br />From: Mike Morrison, City Manager <br />Date: 4/23/2009 <br />The staff at Northwest Youth and Family Services held a meeting earlier this year with the City <br />Managers /City Administrators of all the cities that have partnerships with Northwest Youth and <br />Family Services. <br />One of the items of discussion was to review the existing contract with the cities to make what <br />was classified as housekeeping issues. <br />The consumer price index not to exceed 3% was recommended to help cities in case of levy limits <br />staying in place. <br />
