City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 8, 2016 <br />Page 5 <br />2 Councilmember Brever noted she attended the Bias Awareness Training, the work session, and <br />3 the interview session for the Body Cam Work Group. The St. Anthony New Brighton Family <br />4 Services Collaborative received the final proposal from Racial Equity Network of Minnesota. <br />6 Mayor Faust stated he attended the second Racial Equity along with Councilmember Brever. He <br />7 attended the work session and the interview session. On November 2, Mayor Faust and the City <br />8 Manager met with the Hennepin County Assessor and also with Congressman Ellison. <br />10 VIII. He noted the Federal Reserve states inflation has been running under 2% for a <br />number of years. City Manager Casey explained there are a multitude of factors that go into <br />consideration for the increases. An analysis was done of wage and benefits and 3% brings St. <br />Anthony to the top third of the nine surrounding cities to which they are compared. <br />Ms. Kay Barritt, 255138 th Avenue, asked what happened with the Lowry Grove community. <br />Mayor Faust suggested Ms. Barritt look at the Northeaster article or other articles that have been <br />written. <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust echoed what the City Manager said about the people who helped with the election. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br />Mayor Faust adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m. <br />City Clerk <br />k� <br />'Mayor <br />
