The components of the 2017 proposed Overall Levy are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Capital Improvements <br /> <br />For 2017, the median taxable valuation in St. Anthony is $260,000. Based on the median <br />valuation of $260,000, the “City Portion” of property taxes totals $1,670.93.
