<br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 16-077 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SIDEWALK ALONG <br />37TH AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is proposing to construct a new sidewalk along the south <br />side of County State Aid Highway No 93 (37th Avenue) from Stinson Boulevard <br />to Highcrest Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sidewalk is within the City of St. Anthony and the City has requested that the <br />County approve plans and specifications for the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project is eligible for participation under the Hennepin County’s sidewalk cost <br />participation policy and the County has agreed to participate in its share of the <br />costs to construct the sidewalk along 37th Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the <br />Cooperative Agreement with Hennepin County for the construction of a new sidewalk on 37th <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of October, 2016. <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
