CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -004 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITH MULTI - <br />BANK SECURITIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Multi -Bank Securities, Inc., currently provides investments services to the City of <br />Saint Anthony Village and has executed a Broker certification form for 2017. <br />WHEREAS, In order to settle investment transactions directly with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. <br />the City of Saint Anthony Village needs to establish an account in its name. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the City Manager and <br />Finance Director to establish an account with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. for the settlement of <br />investment transactions. <br />Adopted this 10`" day of January, 2017. <br />Jerome O.
