CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 17-021 A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has been prepared with reference to the improvements: Street & Utility Reconstruction • Penrod Lane from 36th Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive • Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive • Maplewood Drive from Skycroft Drive to Highcrest Road NE (including adjacent cul- de-sacs) • Chelmsford Road from 36th Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive Bituminous Mill and Overlay • Silver Lake Court from Silver Lane to the cul-de-sac. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $3,010,400. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 28th day of February 2017, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart and at least three days prior to the hearing.
