ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 17-021 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Penrod Lane from 36th Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive <br />• Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive <br />• Maplewood Drive from Skycroft Drive to Highcrest Road NE (including adjacent cul- <br />de-sacs) <br />• Chelmsford Road from 36th Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive <br /> <br />Bituminous Mill and Overlay <br />• Silver Lake Court from Silver Lane to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $3,010,400. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 28th day of <br />February 2017, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon <br />thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />3.
