ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -027 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 24'h day of January 2017, fixed a date for <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Penrod Lane from 36'h Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive <br />• Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive <br />• Maplewood Drive from Skycroft Drive to Highcrest Road NE (including adjacent cul- <br />de -sac) <br />• Chelmsford Road from 36`h Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive <br />Bituminous Mill and Overlay <br />• Silver Lake Court from Silver Lane to the cul -de -sac. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 281" day of February 2017, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 2017. <br />erome O Faust, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />NiJol6 Miller, City Cleirk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />
