<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
<br />FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above - referenced
<br />project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
<br />complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Ryan Contracting Company of Elko New Market, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
<br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Ryan
<br />Contracting Company in the amount of $2,320,289.50 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village,
<br />Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above - referenced project according to the plans and
<br />specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
<br />2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
<br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
<br />next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
