2015 Annual Report • Administration • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Beyond the aforementioned commitments, the Mayor and City Council attend additional <br />meetings, seminars and workshops provided by the League of Minnesota Cities (LMC) such as <br />the LMC Annual Conference (Duluth in 2015) and Regional Meetings. As members of the Urban <br />Land Institute (ULI), the City is actively involved with the Regional Council of Mayors (RCM). <br />The nationally recognized Regional Council of Mayors was formed in 2004 and includes forty <br />nine municipalities. This collaborative partnership provides a nonpartisan platform focused on <br />building action strategies to raise the region’s overall economic competitiveness, innovation and <br />quality of life. St. Anthony is also involved with Ramsey County League of Local Governments <br />(RCLLG) and GreaterMSP. Along with regular interactions with residents throughout the year, <br />the Mayor and City Council participated in numerous Night to Unite block parties and <br />Villagefest including the parade and activities. <br />2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 <br />Ordinances 7 7 2 6 13 5 7 6 <br />Resolutions 82 95 90 84 95 85 88 82 <br />In 2015, the City Council held: <br />• 23 regular meetings <br />• 13 work sessions <br />• 1 joint meeting with the Parks Commission <br />• 1 joint meeting with the Planning Commission <br />• 3 joint meetings with St. Anthony-New Brighton School Board <br />The City Council passed 82 resolutions and adopted 6 ordinances, which overall is <br />consistent with the past seven years. (see graph below) <br />
