Responses <br />Each year the Fire Department response to numerous calls including fi res, medical emergencies, <br />automobile accidents and providing mutual aid to other communities. In 2014, the Fire Department <br />responded to 1,363 calls, which is 46 less calls than in 2013. This past year is our second highest year <br />for total calls for service. A summary of the past 7 years is included below. <br />A breakdown of the 1,363 calls includes responses for fi res, hazardous conditions, service calls, good <br />intent calls, false alarms, weather related calls, and medical calls. In 2014 medical calls made up the <br />majority of responses.
