Sales and Profits <br />Percentage of Total Gross Profi t by <br />Category Sales <br />Gross Profi t Percentage by Category <br />The gross profi t percentage by category shows <br />the Mix and Miscellaneous with a gross profi t <br />percentage at 34% Wine category is 30% and <br />Spirits represent 23% gross profi t percentage. <br />Gross profi t of the beer category is 19%.While <br />the Mix and Miscellaneous category has the <br />highest gross profi t percentage at 34%, the <br />category is also the least in total amount of sales. <br />Sales by Category <br />The adjacent chart shows the distribution of <br />the 2014 annual sales based upon the four <br />categories of: Wine, Mix & Miscellaneous, <br />Spirits, and Beer. <br />SALES AND GROSS PROFIT BY CATEGORY <br />Beer was the top seller in 2014 with a total of $2,570,951 or 42% of sales. The second highest category was <br />Spirits at $1,832,932 or 30% of sales. Wine represents the third highest category in sales at $1,559,580 or <br />26% of our total sales.
