X. Crime Prevention Summary <br />2014 Annual Report · Police Department · St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br />23 <br />Sgt. Dan Diegnau, Offi cer Ryan Baker and Reserve Offi cer <br />Ismail Turay assisted staff at St. Charles school by providing <br />traffi c control for a 5K run event that celebrated the 75th <br />year school anniversary. Reserve Offi cers Turay, Olson and <br />McNair attended the evening events at the school. <br />Sgt. Dan Diegnau attended the Minnesota Special Olympics <br />Flag Football Tournament at the St. Anthony High School. <br />He assisted with the awards presentation. <br />In October, Offi cer Mark Mosby assisted staff at Wilshire <br />Park Elementary with arrival festivities and gave six <br />presentations to students during the International Walk to <br />School Day. <br />Offi cer Kiel Rushton paid a visit to the annual Halloween celebration, <br />at city hall, where he read “scary” stories to children. <br />In November, Chief John Ohl gave a presentation on the <br />history of the St. Anthony Police Department to fi fteen <br />members of the St. Anthony Historical Society. <br />Reserve Offi cers Olson and Milbrandt attended “Movie Night” <br />at Wilshire Park Elementary. They spoke with staff, parents <br />and kids, while providing crime prevention materials. <br />Offi cer Mark Mosby attended a morning social event at the <br />St. Anthony Healthcare Center where he greeted residents <br />and conversed with staff. <br />Offi cer South <br />Sgt. Jon Mangseth attended a resident meeting at the Kenzington <br />where he briefed residents and addressed safety concerns following <br />an incident that occurred in the adjacent trailer park, in October. <br />Concerns were addressed reference crime prevention and reporting <br />suspicious activity. <br />Sergeant Diegnau <br />Chief Ohl
