City Hall <br />The Administration at City Hall works closely with the Mayor, City Council, Planning <br />Commission, and Parks Commission preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, resolutions <br />and ordinances. Other responsibilities of this Department includes the publication of the <br />quarterly newsletter (VillageNotes) and other pertinent communications, maintaining the City’s <br />cable television channel and government access, data and historical archiving, managing <br />contracted services (i.e. refuse and recycling) and other land use and economic development <br />activities. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />The City of St. Anthony’s means of communications with residents are as follows: <br />Website <br />The website is the City’s “one-stop-shop” for <br />information. The website is the City’s primary form of <br />communication and is routinely monitored and <br />updated. It provides the resident’s the opportunity to <br />obtain answers to their questions, print and fill out <br />forms, search agendas and minutes, all during non- <br />business hours. The website continues to give the <br />residents an overview of the departments within the <br />city as well as keeps the residents informed on <br />upcoming official meetings, status of community <br />projects, and city and community events. <br /> <br />Email Notifications <br />New in 2016 the City started using email notifiations as a way to send out bulk email updates to <br />subscribers. In 2016 there were six options to receive automatic email notifications on: <br />Quarterly Newsletter, Police Community Engagement, 2016 Street & Utility Improvement <br />Proje ct, Water Updates, 2017 Street & Utility Improvement Project, and Mirror Lake Project. To <br />date we have almost 200 people signed up to receive notifications. The City sent out 68 email <br />notifications in 2016.
