NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council’s hereby <br />approves the requested variance, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The front yard setback dimension at 3216 Croft Drive shall not be less than 30.5 <br />feet as shown in the application materials, and 28.5 feet for the steps. <br />2.
