This is <br />true as the project is entirely located within Ramsey County and is an allowed use for <br />the TIF 3-5 redevelopment district. The use of TIF funds beyond the original parcels <br />included in district is commonly referred to as pooling. In discussions with Ehlers, TIF <br />3-5 there are sufficient pooled funds to cover the street light expenditure. Therefore the <br />streetlight expenditure has not been included in the bonding for 2017 project costs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
