at their regular meeting on March 27, 2017 and recommended approval of the request; <br />and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council's hereby <br />approves the requested variance, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The front yard setback dimension at 3216 Croft Drive shall not be less than 30.5 <br />feet for the construction of the entryway, as shown in the application materials, <br />and 23.5 feet for the steps. <br />2.
