ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 17-040 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the <br />above-referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> <br />1 Sunram Construction $1,097,362.20 <br />2 TI-ZACK Concrete, Inc. $1,098,044.50 <br />3 Concrete Idea, Inc. $1,100,342.35 <br />4 Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $1,388,699.90 <br />5 G Urban Companies, Inc. $1,527,477.50 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Sunram Construction, Inc. of Corcoran, MN is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Sunram Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,097,362.20 in the name of the City of St. <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project <br />according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
