4 <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 17- <br />041; a Resolution Awarding a Bid for the Silver Lake Road LED Street Light Improvement <br />Project in the amount of $196,929.84 to Killmer Electric Co., Inc. <br />i, <br />5 Motion carried 4 -0. <br />6 <br />7 D. 18 Quarter Goals Update <br />8 <br />9 City Manager Casey provided the first quarter update on the City of St. Anthony Goals Chart and <br />10 highlighted the status of the goals. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Stille asked about the AOP Plant and how will that work. Mr. Hubmer stated <br />13 there will be a start-up process. Testing will be done of the water to ensure the plant is working <br />14 and the water is safe before sent to the public. <br />15 <br />16 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />17 <br />18 City Manager Casey stated last Saturday was Earth Day and there were several volunteers that <br />19 spent the day cleaning parks. Staff assisted by removing debris when finished. Two trees will be <br />20 planted in Trillium Park as part of Arbor Day. With the launch of the new website, the push <br />21 notifications need to be re- requested by residents wishing to receive the notifications. <br />22 <br />23 Councilmember Brever noted a new feature of the website is "Ask the City" and Mr. Casey <br />24 noted it was well received and has been used frequently in the few days the website has been up <br />25 and running. A tracking mechanism will track issues. <br />26 <br />27 Councilmember Gray stated on April 13 he attended the Chamber of Commerce Annual <br />28 Meeting. On April 20, he attended the North Suburban Communications Strategic Planning <br />29 Work Session. On May 12, there will be a meeting to discuss finance going forward. On April <br />30 19, he attended the Body Cam Workshop. The draft policy on the use of body cams was <br />31 presented by Chief Mangseth. Councilmember Gray thanked the other cities for participating in <br />32 the Body Cam Workgroup. On April 17, he attended the Village Fest meeting and noted there is <br />33 no one to chair the parade committee and without a chair, there may not be a parade. <br />34 <br />35 City Manager Casey stated the body cams are hoped to be implemented in the fall. A grant has <br />36 been applied for and there will be an opportunity for public input on the use of the body cams <br />37 prior to them being implemented. <br />38 <br />39 Councilmember Brever stated on April 13 she attended the Dare 2 Be Real Conversation at the <br />40 High School. On April 17, the Family Services Collaborative sponsored a community listening <br />41 session. A second session was held on April 19. <br />42 <br />43 Councilmember Stille stated on April 13 he attended the Chamber Annual Meeting. He attended <br />44 the April 17 listening session. On April 19, he addressed City Staff at the Annual Staff <br />45 Appreciation luncheon. He feels all the City Staff has the spirit of St. Anthony. On April 20, he <br />
