So going forward, please send city - related information to these emails rather than their personal <br />addresses. <br />I have emails drafted to all of them, providing log -in information and instructions on setting -up their email signature. <br />They will all have my contact information if they need any assistance. <br />I am planning on sending out the emails to the commissioners sometime before lunch tomorrow.
