(action requested.) <br />II. Proclamations and Recognitions. <br />III. Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate <br />discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br />A. Approval of May 23, 2017, City Council meeting minutes. (pp. 1 -7) <br />B. Licenses and Permits. (pp. 9 -10) <br />C. Claims. (pp. 11 -13) <br />IV. Public Hearing. <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Resolution 17 -050 a resolution to Approve a Request to Keep Three (3) Hens in an R -1 Zoning <br />District at 3313 Wendhurst Avenue. Mark Casey, Manager presenting (pp. 15 -20) <br />B. Street and Utility Reconstruction Plan.(no action required) Todd Hubmer, City Engineer <br />presenting (pp. 21 -23) <br />C. Resolution 17 -051 a resolution to Approve Ordering Feasibility Report for 2018 Street and <br />Utility Reconstruction Project. Todd Hubmer, City Engineer presenting (pp. 25 -31) <br />VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. <br />VIII. Community Forum <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. <br />Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the form at the <br />podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to five <br />minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, <br />but may typically refer the matter to stafffor a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled <br />on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
