The Street Reconstruction Program is reviewed annually to ensure the <br />City is addressing the most critical components of the City's infrastructure. <br />When developing the recommended schedule, several criteria are taken into consideration <br />1. Flood relief effort <br />2. Condition of the existing utilities beneath the street <br />3. Conditions of the streets and anticipated maintenance needs <br />4. Adjacent infrastructure replacement (construction phasing) <br />5.
