This project proposes the following locations for street and utility reconstruction: • MacAlaster Drive from 37th Avenue NE to railroad tracks • Foss Road from 37th Avenue NE to Chandler Drive • Highcrest Road from 37th Avenue NE to cul -de -sac Please note the location of the proposed project for 2018 has been changed from the Street and Utility CIP presented last year. During our annual spring road tour with the Public Works Department it was noted the utility and pavement condition of the location being proposed was very poor and required more immediate attention. In addition to the proposed 2018 project location, an adjustment to the timing of other future project locations is being recommend. Attached is a revised Street and Utility CIP for your consideration. In addition to the locations described above, the feasibility report will also include the review and cost analysis of the following improvements: • Asphalt mill and overlay of Anthony Lane from County Road C to cul -de -sac • Central Park splash pad water reuse /irrigation retrofit We are recommending that the mill and overlay of Antony Lane be considered with the 2018 improvement project due to the time and resources that Public Works Staff has been spending Equal Opportunity Employer wsbeng.com c\o.r:Vm.:rnom.moAVr.
