CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -051 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• MacAlaster Drive from 37' Avenue NE to railroad tracks <br />• Foss Road from 37' Avenue NE to Chandler Drive <br />• Highcrest Road from 37' Avenue NE to cul -de -sac <br />Bituminous Asphalt Mill & Overlay <br />■ Anthony Lane from County Road C to cul -de -sac <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited <br />properties, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that the proposed <br />improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, hie. for study and that they are instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jerome O.
