ANTHONY <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />March 27, 2017 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chairperson Gondorchin called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Chairperson Gondorchin invited the Commission and the audience to join him in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners Present: Chairperson Gondorchin, Commissioners Foster, Kalar, Lichty, and <br />Papatola <br />Absent: Commissioners Bartel and Westrick <br />Also Present: City Planner Breanne Rothstein <br />I. APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 27, 2017 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kalar, seconded by Commissioner Lichty, to approve the March 27, <br />2017 Planning Commission agenda. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 24, 2016 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kalar, seconded by Commissioner Papatola, to approve the October <br />24, 2016 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Chair Gondorchin volunteered to represent the Planning Commission at the next City Council <br />Meeting. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. <br />A. Consider a request for a four and one half (4.5) foot variance from the required <br />front yard setback and a two (2) foot variance to exempt the porch steps from five - <br />foot encroachment allowance in the R -1 District located at 3216 Croft Drive. <br />
