Consideration, discussion, and possible action on all of the following items: I. Approval of the July 11, 2017, City Council Meeting Agenda. (action requested.) II. Proclamations and Recognitions. III. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A.
